The Principal activities of the Company are those of General Building, Civil Engineering, Piling, Renovation, Retrofitting, Structural Engineering, Mechanical & Electrical Engineering and Investment Holding. The details of the business activities are set out below:

1. Civil and Building Construction
   
   The Civil Engineering and Building Construction activities include flyovers, bridges, earthworks, roadworks, water treatment works, canals, deep basement and sewerage works, the construction of power stations, high-rise residential, industrial, institutional and commercial buildings, restoration and retrofitting works. The Company also carried out Design and Build projects.
   
   
2. Piling, Foundation and Geotechnical Engineering
   
   As a piling contractor, it specialises in the design and installation of foundation systems for construction projects. It utilises driven piling and bored piling techniques for the installation of concrete piles, steel H piles and steel sheet piles and timber piles. Bored piling and diaphragm wall construction are undertaken by the Company or together with selected specialist contractors through a stringent selection procedures. The Company has successfully undetaken foundation works for a wide variety of project for power stations, bridges, residential, industrial and commercial buildings, schools, Mass Rapid Transit Stations and hotels.
   
   The geotechnical engineering activities include foundation feasibility studies, soil investigation and instrumentation, and micro-piling. The aforesaid works are undertaken by the Company or together with selected specialist contractors through a stringent selection procedures, so that a wider range of services are offered in the most economic way to the clients.
   
   
3. Building Materials, Machinery and Equipment Hire
   
   To complement its activities in piling, civil engineering and building construction, the Company also involved in the hiring out of machinery and equipment.
